Who are you?

I am Lauren Elizabeth. Certified Professional Life/Transitions Coach, Reiki Energy Healing Practitioner, Spiritual Mentor and Confidante.

66 years young and I have filled many roles as a devoted Daughter,Sister,Mother,Wife,Grandmother, Friend, Partner,Entrepreneur,Consultant, Coach, Celebrant all within the field of “Energetics”. I have been trained and certified to utilize various tools and resources with which to support others along their journey to health, happiness and wholeness.

What are your values?

My Core Values would be Wealth of Mind, Wealth of Health,  Wealth of Spirit…In Harmony & Balance and served through Awareness, Acceptance, and Adaptability with Loving Kindness

What brought you to Coaching?

I did a Life Review and realized the common threads that have run throughout my life and it spoke of my loyalty & leadership as a team player who is kind, compassionate and intuitive in my ability to see the bigger picture and to help others innovate winning strategies on the playing field of their own life 

What would you say your strengths are?

I feel I am a good listener & communicator, trustworthy and honest with a passion for supporting others through change.  Where did that come from? Through my lived experiences and greater understanding as I walked into and out of the many chapters of my own life. I am still very much the student- as the teacher in my walk of life and I love that about my interactions with others.

Why do you want to coach?

I feel with my certified iPEC training as a Core Energy Coach, I can make a real difference for anyone  who might be feeling unsettled/struggling with transition/lost in the chaos and wanting to establish a direction in these ever changing & fast paced times we are living today.
